We want you to love your order from Nexus CD Keys.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Returns may be accepted for unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Final sale, custom, personalized, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
